• The well known music personality Samar Das found in Kishore his prodigy and nurtured Kishore in every way in becoming a good guitarist as well as a successfully music director.
• Kishore is now enlisted as a "special grade" guitarist and an "A" Grade music director in the state owned Bangladesh Television Corporation (BTV).

• Received a 2-year Nand Sangeet Diploma with distinction at Kabhi Nazrul Institute (Session:2000-2002) Achieved distinction
• Completed advanced training in Nazrul Sangeet from 1996 to 2007 focusing on authentic lyrics and music of Nazrul Sangeet under eminent instructors Sudhin Das and Sohrab Hossain Kabi Nazrul Institute.
